Who is this tailored training for?
Suitable for cyclists wanting to get personalized training without having a coach. Ideal for those wanting to have a plan that aligns with their races or other events. The plan can be for road, gravel or MTB cycling.
What is the minimum level of fitness I must be at?
We provide training for all levels of cyclists, whether you are beginner or advanced. You just need a power meter.
Do I need a power meter or heart rate monitor?
Yes, you need to have a power meter and a heart rate monitor in order to use the training plan effectively. You also need access to the internet and a free TrainingPeaks account.
What is TrainingPeaks? And do I need premium TrainingPeaks account?
TrainingPeaks is a software we use to deliver your training plan. No, you don't need TrainingPeaks premium account.
How payments work? Do you charge weekly?
All payments are paid all upfront with +20 set up fee. Example - if you want 8 weeks training plan, you'll be charged (8 x 19) + 20 = $172 usd.
