We are well-connected in the world of cycling for the most prominent development teams for the U23 category. We obtain contracts on behalf of our athletes in order to get them exposure on the world stage and to accelerate their development.

A training plan is built for you, based on your availability, capabilities, current fitness, and goals. Our plan also includes directions on nutrition, core training, stretching, and recovery. Training plan is delivered through world class TrainingPeaks application, which connects to +100 devices and apps.

Built from scratch.
Most workouts are built from scratch just for you, using your unique physiological profile. This is accomplished by analyzing your past training data using the most advanced data analytics software for endurance sports WKO5. This allows fully individualized training that works on your own personal strengths and limiters, instead of just using FTP.

Your coach sees it all.
Your coach monitors and analyzes training to make sure you're completing your intervals effectively. The coach provides feedback on what to improve and how your fitness is progressing. Your training is then adjusted based on your performance or any other aspect impacting your fitness.

Do you only coach people who race?
No. We coach all levels of cyclists, from complete beginners to professionals. We help athletes who may be interested to lose weight, try to complete century ride, win a race or just want to get fitter and healthy. No matter what your target is, we'll align the plan to your goals.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No! The beauty of our service is that you can cancel anytime you need to — no questions asked.
What equipment do I need to get started?
All you need is a functional bike, bike-computer, internet and power meter or heart rate monitor. Learn more about what equipment you can get here.
Is there a team discount?
We have team and club arrangements that our pricing team can assist with on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for info.
Are your services available in my country?
Yes, we deliver our coaching remotely and therefore, we can help you wherever you are. Subject to coach availability.
Do you coach cyclists who compete in MTB, CX and Road?
Yes! We can assist you no matter what your cycling discipline is.
How much time do I need to train?
This depends on your particular goal, current fitness and other aspects but to take full advantage of coaching we expect you to have +6 hours a week for training. For athletes with full-time jobs, the ideal availability for cycling is about 13 hours a week to reach full potential, not including recovery weeks.
